SHIPPING POLICY
At Kirana Koncept, we deliver across India and aim to dispatch all orders within 2–4 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. All product prices are inclusive of taxes and standard shipping charges. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on select pin codes at an additional charge of ₹50, which will be displayed at checkout. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. While we strive for timely delivery, delays can occasionally happen due to weather, holidays, or courier issues. If your package arrives late, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours at customersupport@kiranakoncept.com — we’ll make it right.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to love what you receive from Kirana Koncept. If something isn't right—whether it's damaged, defective, or not what you ordered—please email us at customersupport@kiranakoncept.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we’ll guide you through a return or exchange, whichever is applicable. Please note: items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned with all tags intact. We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items, custom orders, or anything that shows signs of use. Refunds (if approved) are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive the product back. We do not offer reverse pickups at this time, so you may be required to self-ship the item to our return address, which will be shared during the process.
