within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we’ll guide you through a return or exchange, whichever is applicable.
Please note: items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned with all tags intact. We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items, custom orders, or anything that shows signs of use.
Approved returns will be refunded as store credits only, which you can use for future purchases with us. Store credits are issued within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned product.
We do not offer reverse pickups at this time, so you may be required to self-ship the item to our return address, which will be shared during the process.
